Founded in 1998, M Grup Ambalaj manufactures packaging in various product groups in the food and non-food flexible packaging sectors in Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone. With our 8-colour production machine with flexo printing technique and solvent-free lamination machine, the same quality product is produced continuously. In our facility, PE, PET, OPP, ALU, CPP, MET OPP, PEARLIZE materials can be produced using low migration, food grade ink. Our experienced team produces every order in our factory in a quality manner in line with customer requests and makes it ready for shipment.
In our facility, pasta, corn flakes and chips, pulses, nuts, spices, powdered beverages, halva, confectionery, salt-sugar, biscuits, cakes, chocolate, wafer, ice cream, coffee, powder pudding, cocoa, meat products, butter, soap, wet wipes, medical, detergent, bread, garbage bag outer packaging, frozen food, beverage, top film, vacuum packaging, doypack packaging, etc. sectors are served.

The products are produced at maximum quality with the latest technology precision machine park. Printing machines that can flexo print up to 8 colours at a speed of 400 meters per minute, ensure the continuity of print quality with automatic print monitoring system, while providing fast service with non-stop winding and warping systems.
Laminasyon
The lamination of the products whose flexo printing process is completed is carried out with solvent-free lamination techniques in Mgrup Packaging facilities. In food products, lamination processes are applied in order to prevent the printed surface from contacting with food.
Products are laminated with two or more ply combinations of BOPP, PE, PET, CPP, BOPA, ALU and paper products. Glues that comply with food safety standards are used during lamination processes.
In addition, thanks to the lamination process, strength and barrier properties are added to the packages and the shelf life of the packaged products is increased. Lamination processes to be applied vary according to the sectors of the products produced.
Slicing and Bag Making
The last process in production is slitting and bag making. The printed and laminated products are sliced to the desired size and turned into roll coils.
If the products will be used in automatic packaging machines, they are sent directly to the storage and dispatch department.
If the products are to be produced as bags, they are cut to the desired size in cutting machines in line with customer demand and turned into bags. During the cutting and bag making process, pillow, gusseted, doypack, zip-lock and zip-lock bags can be produced.
