Quality Control

Within M Group, quality control is carried out at every stage of the production process, from input control to the control of the final product.

Each unit is recognised as the internal customer of the other unit. For this reason, there is a meticulous work in work follow-up. The graphic designer has a good command of the colour separation, assembly, printing and post-printing stages and has the chance to intervene immediately in any errors that may occur at any stage. In addition to this, the printing operator or colour sorter can also intervene immediately in case of a mistake in the design.

At M Grup, every document is recorded in computer database programmes. Thus, even if a long time has passed, when the work order number is searched, details about the graphic, print preparation, offset printing, flexo printing, post-printing stages, intermediate control and final control information can be accessed.

The data obtained in all processes are analysed using statistical process control methods and these analyses are presented to the senior management in monthly quality reports and improvements are made where necessary.

Colour, consistency and precision are important to us. For this reason, each of the offset printing, flexo printing and digital printing units within the company has Idealliance G7 Master Facility Colourspace Certification in their own fields.

G7 is a method used to standardise and consolidate print quality. This method improves the consistency of print results by standardising colour management and calibration. By adopting the G7 methodology, M Grup ensures that your prints are of the same excellent quality every time.
